Had a leak in our roof after paying a ton of money for a new one. They didn't fix the leak the first time and it rained again, leaked again. I told them the wet drywall and insulation need to be taken care of immediately. The hole in my ceiling is their idea of taking care of it. They said they would be out early in the week which would have been a Monday or Tuesday to fix said hole with a moisture meter to make sure it was dry. No one showed up on Tuesday and then when we had to call, they said that they couldn't be here till Saturday which wasn't good for us. And they still have failed to show up and take care of this mess. The owner of the company, Randy Craven, told us that our house was 60 years old and he is not responsible for the damage caused by the leak (our house was built in 1972, so I guess his math skills are just as good as his business skills). He told us to read his contract. Which I highly recommend to anyone that wants to hire this company to do their research, his contract says nothing about the incompetence of his own workers, just that of a third party. Also, these people have been disciplined twice by the ROC, which I wished I would have seen before. Awful experience. I've never paid so much money to be so frustrated. Side note, Randy also said that if this happened to his home, he wouldn't be upset at all. It's truly unfortunate that I have a 10-year warranty with these people, I have a feeling we're going to need it.

Craven construction provided five star service!! They are professional and courteous. They provided a quote within a day. The Quality of work was excellent And completed in the timeframe as promised. The crew that did my roof or Wonderful and their office. Staff is always kind, courteous and helpful.!! I highly recommend Craven construction!!!

Craven Construction came highly recommended from our neighbors. We knew we needed a new roof on our house when we bought it in 2020 so we finally pulled the trigger after meeting with Randy just last month. He was very nice, professional and reliable. We trusted his opinion on the best option for our roof and we couldn't be happier. We went from wood shake to a metal roof and it just transformed the look of our house. We absolutely LOVE it! If live in the easy valley and have roof issues please consider Craven Construction. When ever we can we prefer to support local small business and Craven is exactly why. Their crew was friendly, respectful and left out property better then they found it. The owner did a post work walk through to ensure everything was up to standards. Highly recommend.
