CraftWorx Home Solutions is an exceptional service provider, offering a diverse range of products and consistently delivering top-notch customer service. I recently finalized an air conditioning installation and double bathroom remodel with them, leaving me genuinely content and fulfilled. In the past, I engaged with a different firm for my kitchen renovation, which was passable but was marred by poor customer service. So, in my search for a new contractor, I was determined to find an organization that truly delivered on their promises, punctually and cheerfully. A friend, who recently had her kitchen renovated, continuously praised CraftWorx Home Solutions, so I decided to give them a shot. I am absolutely thrilled that I did. My bathrooms now look stunning, and so far, my new AC is working perfectly. I am grateful for the effort put in by Brayden and Tracy. The hard work they put into my projects is greatly appreciated.

We obtained quotes from several contractors, and Tracy's team offered a fair price and one of the most efficient timelines. Tracy was personally accessible to discuss, quote, and contract. Her team started work punctually and made consistent progress. They managed several challenging Los Angeles inspections with professionalism and completed the initial rough-build phase promptly. The finishing touches, such as flooring, tiling, and electrical work, were executed impeccably. We were included throughout the process, and Tracy's team incorporated our regular inputs effectively. Our project included a unique flat (low-slope) roof deck, which was installed smoothly despite its complexities. Tracy's team also collaborated well with external contractors and specialists. Even after the project was completed, Tracy and her team returned for minor touch-ups and corrections, showing their commitment to the job's successful completion.

Our kitchen was in dire need of a complete renovation. After consulting with numerous firms and pondering over various ideas, we stumbled upon an advertisement for CraftWorx Home Solutions. We had the pleasure of meeting with Tracy, who visited our home and evaluated our kitchen. She was able to address all of our queries, as well as provide sound advice and innovative ideas on how to tackle the remodel. Throughout the renovation process, various teams of experts made their way to our home, each specializing in a unique aspect of home remodeling, ranging from demolition to painting to flooring. With each completed stage, we could witness a transformation in our kitchen, and we absolutely adored the progress. After roughly a month, our kitchen renovation was finally complete. All the new cabinets were expertly fitted against the walls, and the paint job provided the perfect finishing touch. Throughout the renovation, we had several meetings with Brayden, who consistently checked in on the project's progress and ensured that everything was running smoothly and no issues arose that could lead to any dismantling or reinstallation.

we experienced a thorough renovation of our residence, involving the transformation of the kitchen, the master and hall bathrooms, and the utility room. they even aided in assembling our furniture and gave a fresh coat of paint to a wall for it to harmonize with our updated light fitting. the finished work was strikingly excellent, with meticulous attention to every minor detail. the effort and cost involved in this extensive operation were absolutely justified by their work. tracy showed remarkable creativity and proposed an impressive design for our kitchen cabinets and a revamp of our staircase's appearance. brayden's team evidently emulates the leadership style he honed during his military days. my spouse and i couldn't be more content. his team truly values the final output and went above and beyond to deliver. we will absolutely engage them for our subsequent project.
