Scott from Craftsman Exteriors was excellent to work with! I liked that he gave me a fair price right from the start. After giving me the quote he didn't constantly bug me like some of the other contractors did. The installation crew was able to roof my house in one day! They did an excellent job on the roof and cleaning up my property. Very impressed!

In all aspects, from start to finish, we were very pleased with Craftsman Exteriors. Scott was prompt in responding and following up with us throughout the process. In addressing our 25-YO roof, he offered several options. We ultimately decided on total replacement, and Craftsman offered a very reasonable bid. Scott scheduled our date within a week of contracting. His crew reported as scheduled, and despite cold November winds and chilly temperatures, completed the job (prep, tear-down, new roof install, clean-up) within one day. We highly recommend their services.

Scott, Rick and team were great to work with. We got a quote immediately from them. They gave us the best rate (out of 6 quotes). After we got the quote, we had some really windy days that blew shingles off our roof and we had some rain coming. Had a great experience with Scott and our new roof! He came out and could give us a quote the same day and was transparent about the process. He also didn’t try to oversell when certain up grades weren’t necessary. He helped juggle the solar panel removal so material delivery wouldn’t interfere with the process. The install crew arrived promptly on the install day and were very cognizant of anyone coming/going from the house. They also did a good job with cleanup! Overall, extremely pleased with our new roof!

Like the best auto repair shops, the very best contractors will happily tell their customers when they really DON'T need to spend a lot of money. Scott gave me an expert second opinion after another company told that our roof could use a complete replacement. I'm so glad I called Craftsman Exteriors before I spent $20,000 to replace a roof that is many years newer and in much better shape than I'd thought (which I was able to confirm after the fact with our homeowners insurance - the roof was replaced in 2019, not almost 20 years earlier). I'm beyond relieved and grateful.

I will absolutely contact Craftsman Exteriors first for any future repair or replacement needs, and I'd encourage anyone to schedule a consultation if you have a major project - especially if you're looking for a truthful second opinion.

We love our new roof! Scott was professional , polite and very knowledgeable to work with as well as being reasonable on price and offering great financing options. We went with a Designer collection shingle and very happy we did. His crew was excellent, arrived early got the job done quickly in 1 day and cleaned up before they left. They did quality work and we love the result of our new roof! We will def choose Craftsman Exteriors in the future when it comes time for our windows & doors project.
