I would highly recommend the Craftco team to any person or business that is in need of a company to help with a new design, reworking an existing piece, or setting up a shop for on-going work. The biggest deciding factor the resulted in us giving the Craftco Team a shot at our business was the customer service the that the Field Salesman (Kenny) was showing us he is one of the most genuine people you will ever deal with. From the first order through today his dedication and service to us has not changed regardless of how big or small the project was. As we found out the rest of the Team had the same dedication rather it be the Owner, Engineer, or Lathe Operator calling us or making trips to Casper to sort out the details they were more than happy to do it.

Traveling across country from NC. The crappy bumper broke off my travel trailer. These guys hooked me up with a new beefcake bumper and friendly service. Same day, despite a backlog of work! Brenda was very kind and Doyle did a great job with the welding.
