Mike does great work! However, it was such a pain to get through to the office. It seems that no one answers the phone the majority of the time. When you do get through the call, the quality is really poor. I did request a call back several times, but each time was returned with a single ring before the person hung up.
*Edit* - The owner reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience. He mentioned that the person who normally answers the phone was out for the week, and they had to rely on a remote call center for support. He mentioned that my experience is not typical, and I'm inclined to believe him. I'll bump this review up to a four star as a result.

Mike Coyle was referred to me by my realtor. I need him to investigate any structural issues of a house of mine, to develop a repair plan and to recommend contractors to fix it according to His plan. His Opinion Report gave us what are the structural issues, thereafter, he also developed a detailed Repair Design Report which also including engineering drawings. He also recommended four reputable contractors for me to choose from. He talked to all the contractors about his repair plan and fixing requirements so they all understand the specifications of the project. I finally choose a contractor to undertake the project through a bidding process. As a laymen, I do not have this construction contractor contacts, the recommended contractors gave me a good and proven contractors to choose from. He also is going to verify the finished project when completed to make sure that met his specifications. His added value make an unprofessional customer, like me, life a lot easier. Mike is responsive and detailed person. I am very glad I have a professional help like Mike to help me through my house project.👍👍👍.

Mike Coyle was absolutely amazing to work with and helped us avert structural issues during the construction of our new custom home. Something didn't look right to us after the footers and walls were poured and we reached out to Coyle Structural Inspection Engineers based on a recommendation. Mike fit us into his schedule the next day and provided a very detailed and accurate report of the many problems with the foundation. Based on Mike's findings we were able to stop construction from proceeding, as well as provided us with the leverage necessary to break the contract. We might have run into major issues down the road if Mike wasn't so diligent, thorough, and accommodating. A true professional that I would recommend without hesitation to anyone needing structural input or oversight.

Michael is extremely knowledgeable and has the ability to communicate extremely complex issues in ways one can understand.
