I’ve toured their factory recently and was amazed to witness their innovation and see how their technology is applied in the real world. When I first read about Cover I knew it was exactly what I'd been waiting for. We have a section of our back yard that was a steep slope down to the street below. We wanted to do something with it and a guest house (ADU) that could serve as a rental or space for our aging parents seemed ideal. So we took the plunge and paid the small fee to get a series of designs from Cover. They worked with us to refine them and create the perfect space. While they specialize in building prefabs, they also built the retaining wall system and car port our Cover sits on top of. We get as many compliments on the concrete retaining walls as we do the unit itself! Once the unit was complete we were invited to spend the night in our space before the new tenants moved in. Closing the doors, the noise of LA vanished and we were in a perfect, immaculately finished, custom home. If you're thinking of building a small house or studio on your space, these are the folks to talk to.

I highly recommend Cover Build! We had a fantastic experience working with them on our garden studio project. From the site visit to the design package and beyond Rico and the team were professional, accommodating and transparent. I LOVE their designs - modern, clean and so much attention to detail. I’ve had the chance to tour a couple of their finished projects and they are awesome. I only wish our entire house could have been built by Cover!

Our first dive into ADU's was very interesting, we spoke with 4 companies and each one delivered vastly different designs and price points. "Cover" was the best overall, the consultation process was dare I say..."delightful". Rico and Anna would take our wish lists and turn them into something that you usually see with a high level design firm. No other company offered this type of personal service- not because they didn't want to, they just did not have the capabilities. We were told that we could visit their sites and make our plans accordingly. That was not going to work for us with Covid shuttering the city down. The renderings were beautiful, modern and thought thru. We had limited space so thinking out of the box was crucial. The pandemic took a toll on our family and we had to stop the process, but I would recommend this company without hesitation if someone was shopping for a FULL SERVICE ADU company.

After doing massive amounts of research on prefab homes, I came to find Cover through a friend who had a great experience working with them. Rico and his team did not disappoint . They were quick to respond with any questions I had and the site visit answered any concerns. The icing on the cake is their amazing design package that is personally created for you. It puts into perspective ideas you never thought was possible and you literally get to see what it will look like.

I just got off the phone with Jemuel of Cover who just spent 16 minutes helping me with permitting info for an ADU even after he told me the company is no longer doing hillside installs (due to timing and permitting issues). I can't believe how kind, friendly, knowleageable and helpful Jemuel was. Although they aren't doing our property, I still wanted to commend Cover's impressive customer service!
