We used Courts & Greens to install turf in our back yard. The installation was perfect; the crew was organized and kept the area clean as they proceeded through the project. When we noticed a flaw in the turf - not Courts & Greens fault - and brought it to their attention they were very responsive in rectifying the issue with a prompt replacement of the affected area. I would definitely use them again!

Super disappointed is an understatement! From the very beginning they were slow in responding to emails and calls. Their estimate was extremely clear on pricing and brands yet they didn’t even put in the net they had quoted me for. Instead they charged me for a brand name net and installed a generic name net.

Upon ground prepping they broke a sprinkler. They assured me that it was fixed. However now I have a leak under my concrete pad Because they did not fix it like they said.

Then upon pour I asked them to saw cut the expansion joints and the company owner assured me that the expansion joints would be extremely small and it would have little effect on the ball (or tripping hazards). After the pour I was devastated to see how huge the gap is. The ball bounces horribly on it. When I expressed my dissatisfaction they try to sell me plastic tiles that would go over the court and us cover the expansion joints.
