Got my lawn mower back from being serviced, it wouldn't start. They came back for it asap, but charged me for more service and a pick up fee. The owner cslled me next day and we resolved the issue to everyone's satisfaction. It worked out well and I will be continuing my 10 years of doing business with Country Equipment

Great experience! They were able to get my snowblower in and fixed before a large storm. I got it back the same day I brought it in. They were very friendly and awesome to work with, and their prices are good. I will definitely refer them and be back in the future.

Went to Country Equipment the day after a big snow storm. I described the kind of snowblower I wanted and was quickly shown exactly what I was looking for at a price I was prepared to pay. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. Aaron was very knowledgeable and informed and clearly answered all my questions. The line of snowblowers they carry rate very highly in online reviews. Great overall experience. Wouldn't hesitate to do business there again.

3yrs of business blown away..literally. Brought mower in in July for a spring service and new electrical harness. We got it back 3 weeks later and mowed 1x. Had to take it back for a drive shaft and a “once over” for good measure just incase. Picked it up a few weeks later and mowed 2x. It blew up because there was no oil in the crank case. They gave me the run around for a few weeks and basically told me that it wasn’t on the service sheet and wasn’t billed for so wasn’t their problem. Said it was probably just a miscommunication between service and my husband…but 2x? This miscommunication has cost plenty of money and they are “willing to work with us on a new engine”…I don’t want a 3rd miscommunication. I don’t want a reply for yet another run around.
