From the first visit, this has been a great experience. I got information, plus advice on how to save a huge amount of money. No pressure, no hype. The installation took less than 3 hours, did not disturb my daily routine. The chairs work beautifully and do not change my staircase in any way.

Brandy is very communicative, via phone call, text, and email, on a 1:1 basis as well as in a larger, interdisciplinary group. I sought services through our ADRC to support a loved one in my life with dementia. They are the recipient of a grant that funds home modifications to make independent living sustainable. I appreciated Brandy's insight, and we will be working with him again in the near future. The task at hand was to hook-up laundry for upstairs. The home has the main level and basement where laundry was located. Main floor laundry access is part of occupational therapy, as this is one manner of cleaning, an activity of daily life. The job took place over the course of three days (plus the day when he came over to compose an estimate) and the execution resulted in being below the original estimate. Between Brandy, the plumber, and the electrician, the output is very aesthetically pleasing in addition to, importantly, functional. Referring back to the estimate taking place, I found Brandy to take this job very seriously, taking photos, inquiring and investigating, collecting measurements, jotting notes, sharing examples of comparable previous jobs, and he was open to thinking outside the box. 😀

Brandy was professional & timely! He was quick with a response when we had originally inquired about a job. He came to our home, walked us through all of the steps & our options, answered our concerns & brainstormed the best plan. He was able to get the job done quickly & his clean up was amazing! We did not expect for him to complete the after construction clean up, but he went above & beyond to make sure the bathrooms were ready to use immediately. My wife has a hip replacement soon and our tub is very hard to get into . I called Coulee Region Mobility and talked to Brandy . He worked around my schedule which was great . Brandy has done quite a few projects at my house. He always works quite quickly and very neatly. He did a tub cut for me today. He also installed my front door approach to go outside.
