Our experience with Corti Construction, Michel and Lars Anderson and their employees has been amazing. They built an outdoor structure at our preschool that is better and more beautiful than we expected. Corti has gone out of their way to source the best yet cheapest materials; the work crew is friendly, competent, respectful and tidy; and the whole process could not have gone better. Corti construction built an outdoor gazebo for our preschool, Kirkland Cooperative Preschool. They were so easy to work with, responsive and professional. Michal, the owner and CEO, is the best! We worked with project manager Lars, who was always accessible, responsive, and kept us up-to-date on any changes in the project or timeline. The workers were so nice and kept our teachers in-the-loop on what was happening on a day-to-day basis as they were building the gazebo during class hours. They were always aware of safety, and made sure to keep the area of construction safe from the preschool students. At one time, when a big truck was delivering materials and was in the pathway to the school entrance, they stood out front and when families came to drop off their children they made sure to have the truck either stop or redirected the parents and their children to ensure safety of all families entering the building. Sione, Tony, and Billy, were all great, and all of the workers I encountered were always friendly and professional. They built our preschool a high-quality structure that was better than we could have ever imagined! I highly recommend Corti Construction!

Wow! What an amazing company! So impressed with the professionalism and thoughtfulness displayed on my behalf. I had lost my drivers license at Marymoor Park and returned to search unsuccessfully everywhere for it. A few days later I get a letter with my license in it saying someone had left it on top of their company mailbox and they didn’t know where it came from. I was so happy to experience such an unexpected and kind gesture. Thank you, Corti Construction!
