I contracted CORE a few years ago when I was renovating a family home that set vacant for many years. The crawlspace was damp with mildew. CORE installed a drainage system within the crawlspace that also included a sump pump. They completely encapsulated the crawlspace and also installed a dehumidifier. They cleaned the floor joists and treated the joists to prevent mold and mildew. They worked diligently for several weeks. The end result was impressive. The crawlspace was like a habitable space. The cost was reasonable and the attention to detail was exceptional.

The system has been in place for several years now. It was worked perfectly. The owner, Mark, comes by once a year to check on the system and provide any needed maintenance. His attention to customer satisfaction is impressive. I highly recommend CORE if the goal is exceptional work, reasonable cost, customer satisfaction, and reliability.
