Worst experience!!! Zero customer service: they don't return calls, very bad in updating on status, don't answer your questions,...
Also, gave them a blank check for a permit on a property; however, it looks like it was also used on an additional property since I received two notices to pick up plan corrections, one for my project and another project on a different address.

This place is terrible. Donot do business with these people. I have been trying to get my project done for two years and I am still having issues with these unprofessional people. They act like they are brand new . Terrible customer service. No one answers your calls or emails.
