This is my third time ordering a building in the past two years, my first shed came from another company and I must say, Cook’s Portable Warehouse sheds are built with great quality and structure. The floor doesn’t split like my other building does, because of the material they used. The salesman’s (Logan) was very knowledgeable, courteous, welcoming and friendly. I shopped around at other local dealers for a few months and Cook’s had the best prices, in my opinion. I will continue being a repeat customer.

Excellent, amazing, completely fabulous experience. I'd give it 6 stars! The salesman was friendly and easy-going to work with. He did everything in his power to communicate my delivery needs. They got it scheduled fast, and when the time had to be changed they were quick to communicate the update and make sure I was okay with the change. The delivery driver had excellent communication. He listened to what I wanted, made every attempt to make it happen, and ultimately found the best spot for my building. I've dealt with a lot of businesses lately while purchasing a house, and they were the only ones to deliver as promised, clear any changes, and for some reason even refunded me a few dollars. I will add honest on top of everything else. I highly recommend them to my neighbor and definitely appreciate the awesome experience they provided during a hectic time.

Very well made building.would have gave 5 star.but my building is unlevel after delivery.no level used.sit the front of building on ground and only used four 2×4 blocks to raise back.

Local sales rep (Nick) is great, building quality is great, delivery and corporate support not so great. I ordered a building on 1/31/19. I've taken two days off work to meet the delivery person, only to have them cancel a couple hours ahead of time. Last cancellation was last Wednesday 3/13/19. I asked Tim Cook when it would be delivered and the answer I get is he can't tell me, he has no idea. Finally the local rep Nick found out it is scheduled for 3/25/19 Who knows if they will meet that. If I can find a building somewhere else that can be delivered before then I'm cancelling the Cook building. It has been sitting on the lot in Phenix City for two weeks now, they just can't get it delivered. I was offered a solution, I could hire and pay for an outside source to deliver it. If you can live with a you get when you get it attitude, then consider these guys. If you need a building by a certain date, I wouldn't recommend Cooks.
