This place has phenomenal customer support. My husband and son went and bought some tiles. My husband had my son count them out and he miscounted. He paid for 33 but there was only 30. My husband had taken a picture of his cart, and you can clearly see there were only 30, our receipt showed 33. The manager once he looked at the photo, he told My husband to go grab the missing 3 and he would honor the photo. Thank you for making the process easy even though it was ultimately our mistake for the miscount.

These guys are Lifesavers!!! They had the 5/8 fire treated plywood that I needed last minute and save me from getting chewed out at the job! Great variety and I set up an account for future purchases, Home Depot better watch out haha

So I ordered 80 studs from them pre-cut i. 25% of them. We're cut too short. 6 out of 8 pieces of facia were unusable. . I'm very disappointed. I returned the facia to the mather field store . I was unable to get straight facia there as well.

Low quality items. I bought windows and blinds from here. Windows already leaked after 3 months. They were installed professionally. The weather seal is bad. Blinds are of the lowest quality. They may have better prices but at a cost of very low quality.

The prices are usually the best around, that is if you can find what you need. The drive through lumber yard is always nice, albeit a bit of a cluster a lot of the time. Staff is almost always chill but it's a good idea to know exactly what you're getting before going. 100% preferred over other big box hardware stores.

Customer service is key here. Similar to big box stores like Home Depot or Lowe's but super friendly associates work here. Matthew helped us load our purchase but we were helped by 4 different people all of them helpful and with great attitudes. Quality merchandise at great prices. Home improvement done right.

After this review, manage gave me a call and got everything sorted out! I got my refund thanks Contractors Warehouse!

The rental rates are better than home depot, but the customer service is definitely not. I rented a jackhammer for one day, got charged for two days. Also never got m deposit back for any days that i rented. I was told it will go back of the card which it never did. Not professional
