I stopped in to contractor supply to pick up some douglas fir for a pair of conference tables. One of the sales guys mistakenly wrote up the ticket and charged me for southern yellow pine. The gentleman working the yard pointed this out to me and after some back and forth with the front office, I was able to get the douglas fir I wanted at a very fair price. The tables turned out great and my customer is happy with the finished product.

Ordered a custom Therma-Tru door which came in last week. The door was exactly as ordered with the custom Sherwin Williams paint. There are new employees since the time I ordered and not one problem. The door was delivered to my home. Excellent experience and a high quality product. I certainly will be looking here for materials for future projects. Thank you.

Do not recommend windows this company supplies. Our brand new house has mold on every interior and exterior window. This company sent out their window specialist to assist with our issue. Instead of addressing the mold issue which has been proven by a mold specialist, the blame was placed on us. Sengers specialist stated we caused the "debris." How would we cause this? It is recommended if you buy windows for a new house at Senger you leave them open in the winter, this will prevent "debris." Very sad this company did not stand behind substandard products it sold, just placed the blame on customers.
