Wonderful experience working with this group. When the grout color was incorrect, they reached out to the supplier to correct it and ensured everything was done the right way. They absolutely do not cut corners and their craftsmanship shows. Would use them again and have recommended them to family. Very good communication with us, respectful of our property. Highly recommend!

Esteban Molina was my general contractor for an extensive job of building an ADU onto the side of our 3-car garage.
While the quality of his work was outstanding, my recommendation for Esteban as a general contractor has mostly to do with who he is as a person. It can mean everything to hire a contractor who you can trust. Esteban is a man of integrity, a man of his word. When there are inevitable bumps in the road of any substantial construction project, he is reasonable and generous in working things out to a mutually satisfactory solution.
Esteban and his crew demolished the 3rd stall of our three car garage and then built out over the additional space on the RV slab. They constructed a brand new 450 ft.² studio apartment with an additional 200 ft.² of loft space. They demolished the old concrete slab and poured a new one assuring a solid foundation. My only source of frustration was the time that it took to complete the project, but much of that was outside of Esteban‘s control. There were delays that had to do with PG&E and city inspectors, for example.
Furthermore, Esteban and his partner were our general contractors on a previous project 3 years ago when we did a major remodel of our kitchen and installed hardwood flooring throughout the house. Esteban is a dependable and very professional general contractor who does good work. I give him my recommendation!

Contractor 2.0 transformed our old small kitchen with a peninsula into this big beautiful functional kitchen with an island!! If you have any ideas for changing and/ or updating your home, Esteban and his crew can make it happen! Anything is possible! I highly recommend these guys if you have any remodeling needs. Thank you for our wonderful new kitchen!?

I actually did not get a chance to work with contractor 2.0. We decided to go with our previous contractor, who had experience with our property. That being said, contractor 2.0 gave us the most professional consultation visit. He was very knowledgeable, his communication and documentation was clear. When he emailed my estimate, everything was really fair, and accounted for. Even some of the things we hadn't made decisions on yet, he gave great estimates on what it might cost. And when you're trying to put together a renovation project it's hard to know all the details, and it's nice when someone lays everything out for you. Overall, from the three guys that we interviewed, he had the best presentation. We simply decided to go in another direction, but for future projects I'll definitely reach out to him again. I would have given him five stars, but we didn't actually work with them. Lol

You really couldn’t ask more from a contractor. My bathroom remodel was not easy but they busted it out. The guys worked hard and I did not have to baby sit them: I work nights so I was unavailable anyway. They were true to the schedule, estimate and worked until the job was completed. They were polite and fixed a couple things that I didn’t even notice. Bathroom turned out great. We’ll ask them to do other projects

As i was getting ready to deploy in the late summer this year, I was looking to wrap up a few house projects quickly. I really lucked out with Esteban, because he happened to be available on a day that worked for me, and his team absolutely crushed the job! When they arrived, they took great care around my property, and were very thorough in their work. The project was a 210 sq ft concrete pad for my patio, with a few areas for pipe and clean-outs, and the team finished it in a day! Not only did they complete their work quickly, but with high quality. I have yet to find any fault in their work, and am keeping them in my back pocket for future work around my house. After getting to talk to Esteban, i realized that their portfolio of work was truly diverse, and very impressive. Their expertise ranges from outdoor improvement, to indoor projects. Its not often you find a contractor of his caliber, but when you do, hold on to them. Esteban and his team made my project easy and quick. Looking forward to working with them again!

I wanted to convert a shower tub combo to a shower with a low entry so that I could accommodate my 93 year old parent in my home. I got several bids and most of them were really high and used really thin plastic materials. Pro Stone by Molina gave me a competitive bid using manufactured stone material instead of those plastics offered by the other bidders. I have had several bad experiences with contractors in the past and I have to say that working with Esteban at Pro Stone was really refreshing. He gave me an itemized contract before he started and we made sure to include everything. He started the job when he said he was going to and finished the job when he said he was going to. He went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job even tearing out and redoing some work that I think other contractors would have simply patched. I would use him again in a minute for any work I have in my home and recommend him unreservedly to anyone I know.

We hired Esteban/Contractor 2.0 to manage our major home renovation project (kitchen, painting, flooring, and two bathrooms) and we were very happy with the results. Esteban and his crews were professional and courteous and they worked hard to get the jobs done in a timely manner. The results were incredible and we have Esteban and his crews (especially Edisson) to thank for doing such a great job. We would highly recommend Esteban/Contractor 2.0 to anyone who has a renovation project, big or small. The service was great, everyone was responsive when we had questions, and they did everything we asked of them. Great job!! Many thanks Esteban.
