Vladimir and crew did excellent work recently on our home. We were in the process of listing the property when an inspection revealed extensive siding damage. His crew worked quickly and professionally on the repairs. He was also very transparent and communicated well when additional problems were discovered that required attention. All of this was done at a fair price for the quality of the work! Thanks to him the property sold quickly and without any issues.

Vladimir and his team are amazing! They redid our fireplace and finished it with Venitian plaster. It looks beautiful. Artisan craftsmanship at its finest. While they were onsite, I asked them to change all the hardware on our doors. Vladimir sourced the parts and swapped them out. But not without some clever improvising and getting creative with the door knobs, because whoever built our house hated using standard sizes. But they solved the problem and everything looks beautiful. They’re professional, courteous, and talented. And I couldn’t be happier with the work. We’d absolutely have them back out for our next project.

Contra Costa Builders rebuilt an extremely dry rot damaged wall on our office building. They were able to do so without any interruption to our work. They were upfront and transparent with cost and kept me well informed of progress. Aside from repairing the wall one my primary concerns was cost. They were able to manage our budget effectively and provide a high quality repair. The quality is excellent, but I have to say their communication is what set them apart from other contractors I have worked with. Vlad kept me informed during each step and this prevented any "surprises" at the end of the job. When we use them again it will be for this very reason. Highly recommend.
