For those of us that have remodeled or renovated our homes, we all have horrible contractor stories, BUT our engagement with Moses and his team was absolutely perfect.

Moses came to us via a friend’s referral. We wanted to remodel an outdated bathroom, and my wife had a “vision” of what she wanted. Moses walked us through each step of the process and also made great suggestions. I should note that we received 3 quotes. His came in at the middle, but we felt the most comfortable with Moses, and how he listened to us and offered to work closely with us. And we knew he did a great job for our friend’s bathroom.

For 5 weeks, his team came to the house between 8-8:30am and began working. Moses seamlessly coordinated the demo team, the plumbers, electricians, floor and tile people, and the city inspectors in an organized and efficient manner. He or one of his team members came almost every day to oversee the project. We came to know all his team members by name. It was a stress-free experience, and when we experienced minor unexpected issues, we resolved them immediately.

I highly-recommend Construction by Maya, and Moses. You won’t be sorry, and you’ll even enjoy the whole process come to light with each passing day. I’ve attached a few photos.

Moses and his team are the diamonds you are looking for in the dark mine of construction/remodeling work: they listened and respected what I wanted, and they kept me informed every step of the way. Best of all, they made my projects seem important and kept to a regular schedule, even finishing some work ahead of schedule.

The latest was a complete remodel of my garage into a studio space, including moving my washer and dryer into a newly created niche inside my house. The work was done well, with a minimum of disruption and on time. They completely understood what "studio space" meant and were happy to work with me to create a lovely new place to create art.
