I have had Condon Total Comfort for many years-They have install a new furnace and have done many cleaning and checking on it over the years. I have been very pleased with them not only for answering a question for a call in or a repair tech coming to fix a problem I am having with the furnace.

Not impressed. At all. Our boiler went down August 29. Condon came out in early September, looked inside the boiler and said "who's been in here, it's all electrical tape and melting." You were. Came back today...Oct 9th, only had some of the parts (despite taking note of what they needed a month ago. No hot water. Which means no heat for the house as well. But thank you for locking one dog in the bedroom so she could tear our belongings up...that happens when you lock a dog up when thier owner leaves.
Yes. We came home to a dog locked in a bedroom, and told DONT USE THE BOILER. Cold showers in mid October. A voicemail left to let us know how much we owe them. ..on total costs to fix what they broke...1500 for only today. Finish the job before you talk to us about a bill. Kind of telling.
Super company. Super reliable.
Weve contacted the owners of the house, and they Cant Wait to see an actual bill.
So far Condon has run an end game by leaving US cost voicemails.
Due to condons inability to fix what condon damaged, we are getting a hotel room starting friday. It's mid October. Our house has no heat or hot water. Only condon has worked on this over the life of the boiler. You've been here twice. It's been over a month.
