This guy, Ben, is immature and vindicative with his customers. I asked him for an update on the plans and he responded with "oh, you made us wait for almost a year. You didn't pay us for months, and now you're in a rush?", and this was for a project that the city had delayed, so there was no way to confirm his plans were going to be accepted in order for my to pay him. If you want headaches, this is the person for you. Here are pictures of the actual email thread.

Everyone is shocked how well myvprojects has been designed. He can do anything from ADU units to residentalas and multi family.
