Pedro and Jay from the team carried out a variety of energy improvements on our home - including the installation of a new furnace, duct replacement (our previous ones were quite leaky), and air sealing. We met with multiple contractors before making our decision, and we are pleased with our choice. They provided excellent service at a reasonable cost! Our home is now considerably cozier, with noticeable energy savings. Even the air quality has improved! They also assisted us with the paperwork for rebates, and thanks to their exceptional work, we're anticipating even more rebates (around $2,700) than we initially expected. Eduardo, as well as Pedro and Jay, were very respectful (a housemate who was present during the remodeling referred to them as 'the friendly contractors'), accommodating, tidy, and professional. We're looking forward to enjoying our newly energy-efficient, warm home this winter!

We were extremely satisfied with the remodeling work completed on our home by this excellent construction company. We adore our 1954 suburban residence, though our two bathrooms desperately needed a modern touch. As soon as the company started work, we knew we'd made the right choice. The craftsmanship on the floor and shower tiles was exceptional. In our master bathroom, they installed custom tiles on the shampoo shelf, which truly made our shower stand out. The team members, including Bryan, Todd, and Levi, who handled painting, vanity set-up, and plumbing, were exceptionally friendly and professional. We felt entirely at ease with them working in our home. They were always ready to answer any questions and kept us well-informed about their progress. The overall project was efficiently executed, with all delays communicated to us promptly. Bryan, our project manager, kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, helping us to achieve our dream of a southwestern-style guest bathroom. He efficiently handled all the paperwork related to our West Hills city permit process. He swiftly responded to our text messages and always kept us updated about any delays. The outcome was absolutely breathtaking. Right from the beginning, their professionalism was evident as they prepared a comprehensive bid, detailing the requirements and costs associated with the project. Their quote wasn't the cheapest, but the level of detail provided was unmatched, instilling in me a confidence that they would be able to complete the project within the stipulated budget. Their professionalism continued to shine when they began the initial demolition work, which they completed swiftly. The team's meticulous attention to detail was clear during the framing stage and continued throughout all subsequent phases of the project. Naturally, the remodel wasn't without its challenges, which included discovering termite damage that required repair, and dealing with repeated deliveries of incorrectly sized kitchen cabinets from our kitchen finishing supplier. I'd been charging my previous tenants below-average rent due to their exemplary behavior. However, for the next occupants, I wanted to slightly increase the rent, justified by some improvements to the property. As this was a business move, my budget was somewhat tight. I started searching for skilled home remodelers on various platforms and came across Complete Home Builder. They had an attractive offer for a 3D design, which I found appealing as it would provide a clear visual of their proposed changes. Their representative, Jay, was fantastic. We discussed all the necessary renovations and my budget constraints. This discussion led us to brainstorm some cost-effective solutions, even though it took over an hour, Jay was incredibly patient. We agreed on a few concepts, and he assured to present a design within a few days. A few days later, Jay's design team provided an impressive design. They proposed to revamp the kitchen, repaint the interior, and swap the carpet for hardwood flooring. For the bathrooms, they suggested new sinks, lighting, and tiles, and for the kitchen, new cabinets. I was thrilled that the proposed cost fit nicely into my budget, so I decided to proceed with the remodeling project. Throughout the project, Jay ensured that all materials were supplied as needed and that the work was on schedule. It took several months of diligent work, but the end result was outstanding. They were amenable to a minor alteration I proposed midway through, which didn't affect our timeline at all. They adhered to the initial designs, enhancing the interior of the townhome remarkably. The project included repairing water damage in certain areas like the master bathroom floor and leaking pipes within the walls. The entire renovation process, which required city permit approval, took about three months to finish. We're extremely pleased with the transformation of our bathrooms. All known plumbing issues have been fixed and the water-damaged areas restored. The way our bathrooms have been upgraded to a luxurious standard is truly impressive, providing a delightful experience for the whole family. Our overall interaction with the remodeling company deserves four out of five stars. The craftsmanship of Todd, Scott, and Jay was remarkable and they were very easy to work with. We certainly look forward to engaging them again for future home improvement projects. However, like everything else, there's always room for improvement. We felt that the communication between us and the project manager, Jay, could have been better. As newcomers to the renovation scene, we didn't fully comprehend the level of involvement required from us in terms of material selection and ordering. This communication gap led to late orders and subsequently delayed the construction process. Also, we would have appreciated more transparency about any additional costs incurred during the project. The three-dimensional design experience didn't quite meet our expectations, as it failed to incorporate our preferred design style and materials. While design iterations were carried out, these weren't shared with us even though the crew had access to them, making the design phase seem pointless. We hope these aspects can be fine-tuned for future projects. In conclusion, we appreciate the hard work put in by the team for our project.
