Complete Design did a fantastic job with our extensive residential remodel. The existing structure is timber frame construction so it was not easy to tie into it with standard stud construction but they managed to make it all blend together perfectly. Ryan was excellent at listening to what we wanted and making appropriate suggestions. He was also a great resource for all the other work that needed to be done like geological study, storm water plan, survey, permitting, etc. We felt we got a fair value for their work and the billing was clear. I would definitely use Complete Design in the future.
One thing I would suggest is laying out a rough schedule so that your expectations are realistic with their work load.

Ryan designed our home from scratch and did an outstanding job! From they layout of the lot, setbacks, and HOA rules, all the way to design, fit and finish and overall beauty. This was our dream home and we pinch ourselves every day! Thank you Ryan and your team for designing our beautiful home!

Be sure to look at your invoices VERY closely. Double billers! Also if you put a deposit down that will not be applied to your first invoice, not sure where they hide those payments

We have nothing but positive things to say about Ryan and his team at Complete Design and couldn’t have been more pleased to work with his entire staff. He was recommended by several local builders in the area. We chose the full-service package for our new home build, and it was money well spent. Ryan worked with us on our design ideas for many months and was very patient. He incorporated design elements based on his expertise that we would have overlooked. Always trying to keep us grounded and on budget to create the look we were striving for. Ryan listens with intent and his attention to detail was appreciated.
The Complete Design team of architects, inhouse engineer, interior design team and admins quickly responded to many questions we had during this entire process. Tess was always pleasant over the phone and if she didn’t know the answers, she made it a point to get back to us promptly with one. We created a shared HOUZZ account with his design team so they could create and offer suggestions for our home. They also took care of our permits and communications with the building department.
