Working with Compass Construction and Remodeling Company was a very satisfying experience matched with my complete satisfaction of my remodeling project. Compass Construction was very thorough with an outlined project strategy, interior design, scope of work, and cost estimates. This allowed me to understand all construction phases including time tables and any needed adjustments that occurred during construction.
Communication with all Compass Construction team members was excellent! I had open access to all Compass people. I never was inhibited to make contact or discuss any issues. Special shot out to the field workers who were respectfully thoughtful while working in my home.

We had a terrific experience working with Compass Construction. From our initial introduction meeting and then throughout the design and construction phases, the communication we received from the Compass team was outstanding. We received multiple bids for our basement project and Compass provided the most comprehensive, transparent, and competitive bid. Our biggest concern in adding both an exercise room and an arcade room to our basement was that the finished product would not look integrated into the rest of the home. With the Compass team's design recommendations and expert craftsmanship, not only are these rooms consistent with the build quality of the rest of our home, these are now our two favorite rooms in the house. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Compass and give them our highest recommendation.

We are so pleased with Compass Construction's work on our complete kitchen reno. They communicated well and were under-budget. Their project leads and contractors treated our home with care and attention to detail as if it were their own.

We are so pleased with the end result, which somehow is more spacious and has more storage despite keeping the same footprint and losing some closet space. They moved the sink from an interior wall to a window that looks over our yard which a different renovation company told us would not be possible. I had been intimidated by the design phase, but Alex made it easy--she pointed us to good vendors, narrowed down the options on fixtures, etc and gave her expert opinion when we were on the fence.

10/10 Highly recommend.

As you can see from the pictures, my bathroom remodel turned out beautifully. I loved working with their designer Alex to help my vision come to life on a budget.

I also really enjoyed working with lead carpenter Michael and his team once the project began. I work from home with a dog and cat so good communication and knowing when there would be noisy days was critical. Great attention to detail and communication as any hurdles came up in gutting and remodeling my over 100 year old home.

Although the project took longer than expected, when I shared my concerns with Compass they let me know they were already working on organizational improvements based on customer feedback. This plus their high quality work makes for a 5-star review.

I worked with Brett and William with Compass Construction and could not be more pleased with my finished kitchen. Brett and William were very easy to work with, they understood my budget and were able to work within that, making suggestions and offering advice along the way. From start to finish, the process was smooth, I was always kept in the loop, information was passed along quickly and efficiently, and the end product is just fabulous. I could not have asked for anything better, simply a pleasure to work with. I had thought this would be such a huge undertaking, which it was - as all kitchen remodels are, but working with Compass really streamlined the process and made it a reality!

An excellent job all around! Compass Construction helped us handle a couple big projects including a kitchen remodel, plaster repair throughout the home, our master bath and our custom-built TV storage wall.

The kitchen was a really weird size with four doors, but they fit in everything we asked for from a pantry cabinet, buffet cabinet, full-sized appliances and a minimalist island. The master bath now has a heated floor which is heavenly in the winter. The TV wall is my favorite; not only does it look gorgeous, but there is so much storage and hidden storage, and I love not having to see TV/console wires anymore.

Their estimate was the most detailed from any other contractor. They didn't just give us a number, they gave us a breakdown of where funds would go. The design process was accurate and detail-oriented encompassing exactly what we wanted. They gave a timeline to get things done and discussed with us a solution when a delay did happen. Have had compass work on a couple of properties. They are my go-to contractors. That's all I think needs to be said but, below is a list of services that they have provided me.

Services for a rental duplex (pictures part of the review) are as follows: demolition, refinishing drywall, installation of a new door, new flooring, installation of new electrical fixtures/lights, installing a patio, installing new cabinets and countertops, refinishing wood flooring, and bathroom tile repair.

They did a full remodel(of my personal residence; a duplex built in the 1890s). The rehab was done with an FHA-203K. Some of the services offered were refinishing drywall, painting, installing new countertops, installation of new electrical fixtures/lights, full tear off and replacement roof, replacement of gutters, refinishing wood floors, installation of soundproofing between floor levels(curve ball I threw them; they adapted quickly), installation of new floors, replacement of water heaters, replacing furnaces, adding A/C units, regrading, tuckpointing, fix plumbing leaks and demolition/junk removal.

If I have work that needs to happen at a property I will call Compass but, for the full remodel I don't see much going wrong for a while but, for everything else you know who to call.

Compass Construction recently completed a very challenging balcony renovation project at our four story condominium complex. They made sure the work was done properly. They worked seamlessly with 11 different owners to fit different schedules.
