A horrific company which has decimated the formerly local community of Erie, CO. These goobers paid $100,000 to destroy an active bald eagle nest for their stupid development. Colliers Hell, an earlier project, is of the same garbage quality that you'd expect. I spoke at an Erie town hall when the nest still existed and they were proposing development. I was in middle school then. It sucks to watch them do this to my hometown.

This group doesn’t take responsibility for poor quality work. Our HOA, Collier’s Hill in Erie, has had to sue this company to fix the clubhouse and pool which were constructed so poorly that the clubhouse lower level has been closed for years. There is improper grading and drainage causing mold buildup and flooding, and the pool heating system was undersized and will not work properly without a major redesign.

They’ve hid behind the Metro District legal construct and their insurance rather than do the right thing and step up to fix their mistakes. They’ve all but disappeared when it comes to addressing the residents in this community. This is a very dishonest and cowardly way to do business in my book.
