Great service for low income households. If you have been on their waiting list for a housing program, you better show up prepared and on time for your appointment, as they are willing and and able to help everyone, regardless of race, color, or creed. What a blessing to this community!

Appointment lady was very rude and snotty. She made me feel as if she was better than me and discriminating towards me for whatever reason, maybe because my husband is Mexican. I had waited almost a year and a half for this appointment with two kids and homeless for most of that time just to be late 10mins and told she could no longer help me and that I missed other appointment due to no school, a snow day, and kid's aren't allowed with at appointment. At least I called. Not to mention both of my kids are special needs, one is autistic. Would have given it no stars but it won't let me....This town is a joke.

Always had positive experiences here. The workers know what needs to be done and they get right to it. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment.

they do not respond to tenant issues and needed repairs that can lead to major repairs that can lead to property damage and give tenants a reason to legally break their lease if the manager starts receiving emails or telephone cs from the tenant you have a bad property manager. if you have emergencies come up and you cant get a hold of managers 24/7 7 days a week 365 days a year thats a red flag.
