Felicia, our HOA manager, always does an outstanding job. She is so diplomatic in so many difficult situations and handles everything with ease. She is on top of her game with solid advice on all areas that concern our HOA. She always keeps us abreast of ongoing issues. Informs the board of proper procedures to follow so as not to end up in an expensive lawsuit because of a few unhappy homeowners. She's always punctual regarding board meetings and always prepared for any questions board members fire at her...one after another ?. She guides our meetings with expertise and takes copious notes to insure accuracy of our requests and comments for future board packets. I appreciate Common Interest’s too and Bell (though unlike Felicia, I have not met Bell in person)
being so prompt and patient with the board on Home Improvement applications etc. I truly appreciate all of you as the company that represents our HOA. I especially applaud Felicia and all of her efforts in keeping us on the right track and being an informative leader for our board members.

If I could give a zero stars I would. I have sent multiple emails with issues and left multiple phone messages but have NEVER received a response. They are terrible and charge way too much.

Dont waste your time sending Videos of evidence Of people Cutting Your flowers but expect a Citation fee for not cleaning your Grass , they request videos and I sent it but now I have to call poliCe, i will call police because they are stealing 300 a Year from us To do Nothing ....

Worst HOA ever.

They will write you up for things that were not in the rules.

They are also inconsistent in how they apply fees.

NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE.

I am starting a petition to remove them for the HOA in Lincoln Village.

Absolutely ridiculous. Unprofessional. Showed up at my door in the middle of a work day instead of calling me back. Cannot comprehend anything I said. Concerned more about the dandelions on my yard than the fact that I had to have a hearing because their portal is useless. Rude during the hearing. No leeway for the fact that the economy is still recovering form the pandemic. Charged a $100 fee that I’m not paying, because they are in the wrong. HOAs are elitist garbage created by white neighborhoods to keep people of color out.

You can Always leave a message, but a Coin Toss on When or If a Call Back, Ugh! HOA changed Company over 1yr ago, New Company but Same Lead Representative; Need to Listen to Homeowners!

very bad accountant service, they always charge different in each month. i really believe they are robbing the consumers and when i call for the details on my account, they are rude and incompetent. i wish there was a way to duo them and make them pay all the unnecessary charges back to the owners

As a vendor I sincerely appreciate work orders that are clear and concise with a deadline. The requests received from the Traysee and the Stockton office are great. Invoice payment is prompt. If you're a local vendor in the Central Valley area you should look them up as they are a respectable and growing HOA management company.
