I recently received a promotional quote in the mail for driveway repair, which included a very reasonable offer and a 10% discount if booked within two weeks. Upon visiting our property while we were out, the company provided a quote based on their assessment. I decided to proceed, and I must commend the staff, specifically Cedric and Jesus, who were exceptional. They demonstrated great dedication and went above and beyond to address the issues with our driveway, which, as evidenced by the attached photo, was significantly worn.

The materials used were adequate for the price, though the pour was thinner than expected. For those seeking a more robust repair, I recommend discussing options for a thicker pour in advance, which might affect the price. As for my situation, I plan to undertake an additional pour soon to fully restore the driveway. My House was from the seventies and the previous owner hadn't repaired it for over 5 years, which in Wisconsin winter causes lots of wear and tear.

I'm satisfied with the value for money and especially pleased with the service provided by Cedric and Jesus. Their effort and professionalism are the main reasons for my positive review. But this is really a you get what you pay for situation in term of quality. For reference, our circular driveway is about 40 feet long and with a round about. The total cost for this service was around $560, but now I'm going to home depot to purchase some more Driveway Filler and Trowel Patch to fully repair this with a thick coat.

The crew showed up on time with everything needed for job.
Had them power wash and clean raised deck and entire house. Did an excellent job on getting rid of moss buildup. Ver professional.
Had them seal blacktop drive way. Completed job looks very good. We are happy to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

This is our third time using Commercial Grounds. The workers and the work they do is always fantastic! So why 4 stars?

The communication was terrible this time. After accepting the quote and paying the deposit, I was expecting a call or text to set a date. After a few days I reached out and was told they had me scheduled on a certain date that didn't work for me - I was never contactedabout it. I asked about the following week and again, never heard anything. I reached out was told they had me scheduled. Were they ever going to tell me when? It still wasn't the best timing but we took it.

All I needed was to talk with someone to determine a date, and I did, speak with someone, but they were always out quoting and couldn't really see the schedule to give some dates to pick.

But I'll probably use them again.
