I was installing a new pier and unexpectedly needed to have some parts modified. After an online search for machine shops, I called Combat Parts and explained what I needed on short notice with the holiday weekend fast approaching. Dale didn’t hesitate and invited me to bring the parts in that afternoon. Dale’s guy had me in and out in less than 30 minutes for a price that was more than fair and the modified parts worked perfectly. Talking with the guys while I waited, it was clear that they are proud of the work they do for their customers. Mine wasn’t a big job, but their willingness to interrupt their schedule to help a walk-in customer on short notice really saved the weekend for me. This is a quality business with quality people!

I take anything metal related there from repairing my tractor/equipment to parts off my vintage snowmobile. Dale does a great job explaining what needs to be done in a way that is very understanding. Has a very keen eye to detail and is reasonably priced. Combat Parts went the extra mile for my customer satisfaction and service giving me a very positive relationship. I know that I'm going to keep my business there. No disappointments here.

Dale and his crew are great guys to work with. They are very knowledgeable in a lot of things. I would recommend them to anyone.I have taken stuff to be fixed and he has built new stuff for me. I had a few emergency that they have stayed late or have done over a weekend. They even came to the plant to work on other stuff at night and weekends.
