If I could give negative stars I definitely would. This company is horrible when it comes to doing their job. We have been having a slab/foundation issue in our end townhome unit for a fee years now. After contacting Virginia about the issue she said we needed a engineering report and pictures to show what the issue was. After paying $500 for the report and submitting the pictures she passed the buck to Jeremy. Jeremy actually came out looked at what we were saying and stated there was probably water under the slab and the would need to camera the line under the unit to see what repairs needed to be done. After awhile all communication just stopped around October 2024. We went through the holidays and beginning of the year NOTHING! I went by the office but Jeremy no longer works there. So I spoke Virginia again who stated "she's aware of what's going on but they're not going to be doing anything about it at this time". Hoa raised but NO work done around the property. This could needs to close its doors. I will be pursuing other actions against this company.

Judging by the way they manage their own building. I woupd never hire this group. If you walk through their buildings. There is many many deferred maintence issues along with fire code issues. Most occur on the stair wells. There is few ADA compliance issues as well. How ever in my eyes the fire code issues are the most important.

The more I have learned about how a property manager should treat their board and association, the more I understand how horribly our property was maintained. It's incredibly suspicious when the company only talks to the president about important financial and changes. I agree with all of the other comments talking about how this company runs and treats its communities. Virginia Johnson is the rudest person I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and as a board member, I am saddened by how our community members have been treated. See an attached example from her after asking for communication I created to be sent out to the community regarding why the board chose them. I mentioned our HOA president would be calling to discuss this month's meeting, which is what called for her last statement.

id give them negative stars if I could. never do anything to help. just collect a check each month. I look out my window and just see dirt and garbage. my ceiling in my bathroom has been leaking for 3+ months and nothing has been done. SUCH A JOKE, want to sell my place just bc I hate the HOA so much.

Would literally give 0 stars in a heartbeat. They are the worst HOA. They enjoy taking advantage of people, and raising HOA Fees for the heck of it. They do not tell you why they raise them, or what the extra money will go towards. They’re probably pocketing it. Our community is full of broken fences, pot holes in the courts, huge ice patches that don’t melt because they’re in the shade, a “grounds crew” that is non existent, outdated pool that is barely open in the summer, I could go on and on. You can call them all you want, they never answer and never call you back. They are power hungry. They don’t care about anything but telling people what to do. Bunch of lazy people.

the absolute worst , i’ve moved into my condo a little over 2 months now & i’ve called about receiving my parking pass and what documentation i needed to bring in . i got a half & different answer everytime i called . the main person Lekisha has an outdated voice message & is supposedly working from home , i’ve left SERVERAL voicemails & haven’t heard back not one time & she’s the only one who can issue the parking pass . very annoying & unprofessional !

I served on the board of an association managed by CPMG for many years and the pricing and service that we received by this company was always fair and more than competitive. While we did have to change managers a few times, the managers and assistant managers were always professional and helpful. If you are an association or board looking for reasonable and competent property management for your HOA, I definitely would recommend the services of the Colorado Property Management Group.

Worst HOA of all time. Completely useless going to them for anything. They will do nothing to better themselves or their properties. People who work for this company are a joke. Negative stars or 0 if I could. ITS THAT BAD, oh and they raise the fees and yet don't do anything new to the properties.
