We had a fantastic experience start to finish with Colorado Deckscapes in replacing our back deck and pouring concrete for a landing and patio area below. Mark provided an extremely detailed and professional proposal with exact specs and pricing to set our expectations right away for the project. The entire team was extremely professional, friendly, efficient, and respectful. Mark and the team provided consistent updates and communication throughout and delivered an immaculate product. I can’t say enough good things about this company. We were reluctant choosing any company after getting ripped off by another contractor and years of setbacks. We had so many bids and most companies were either lacking communication or they just didn’t have their stuff together or creative ability. Mark came in with great ideas on our very difficult deck re-do. We live on a side of a mountain so it was very challenging terrain to work with. He had ideas we had not even thought of and maximized all materials to give us an even bigger deck. He did everything right from the beginning to end with architects and structural engineers to make sure everything was solid. He gave us our dream deck and more. He hadn’t ever done metal treads for stairs and worked to make it right when the stairs weren’t to our liking. He was responsive, creative, always on time, his crew was always on time and were some of the nicest and hardest working men. He doesn’t just hire any crew either. These guys have been with him for a long time and he doesn’t keep workers around they don’t do great work. I would trust any of his men! I would hire this company time and time again!

We had Mark and his team add on stairs to an existing deck. For a 20 year old deck, Mark and his team color and style matched perfectly. The communication throughout the project was phenomenal and the craftsmanship and longevity of the stairs has been perfect.

Our only issues were with the concrete sub-contractors, but sub contractors can be a wild card with anyone.

I highly recommend Mark and his team at Colorado Deckscapes. These guys built a 400 ft deck on the back of my house in 7 days in December. They worked through the cold weather, they did an immaculate job, were competitively priced, and the communication was top notch.
