We have tried reaching out to this company to figure out a solution without any luck. We've had issues with mold in the ceiling and our dryer broke down because a worker decided to stick a Gatorade bottle Down, our dryer pipe vent when our roof was redone.

They will start working on things you did not approve and bill your insurance company inflated prices and then put a lien on your house for the money when the insurance company refuses to pay the overcharges! *NOT LICENSED in Denver* Lied about being licensed and about pulling the required building permit before the project. Exceptionally poor communication. Started and stopped the project multiple times without any communication. They staff sent to our house was high as a kite, could not do his job and was driving a vehicle with no license plates, which is not legal. Our initial inspection failed for reasons that are fundamental to the work (insufficient sealant and missing underlayment for the roof). The owners had coercive business practices and were very rude. Unethical as well. In addition to the owners lying, one of the owners, Charlene, left a 5 star review for their own company on this site (not allowed). Would not wish working with this company on my worst enemy.

I have had such a great experience with Colorado Builders Corp. They worked on my home at 64th and Federal and repaired and replaced drywall, flooring, remodeled the home due to a house fire. The workers are professional, on time, and all work exceeded my expectations! I would definitely recommend Colorado Builders Corp to anyone needing work done on their home. What I liked most is they are able to do a variety of different jobs!

Completely ignoring the very clear and legible NO SOLICITING sign on the door is not a good way to do business. The sign is literally next to the doorbell you rang and right next to the door you knocked on. How much more clear could no soliciting be?

Extremely poor communication related to their inability to keep a schedule. We agreed on dates and times which they consistently failed to keep....not showing up and expecting to just show up another day. A 2 day project is still not complete 2+ weeks later. F-
