Robert was a very helpful, experienced and insightful realtor in the selling of my 36 acre lot. The property I sold was in the process of probate and having his expertise and help in the sale made it much easier. Dolly is a slimy realtor. She was the sellers agent and we put our offer in, then she worked as a duel agent with another buyer, after our offer was in, and “fixed up” their offer (after she already had ours) to make it more attractive to the seller. We lost the home of our dreams due to her. She has zero morals and completely no code of ethics. Shame on you Dolly. I hope the tad bit more of money in your pocket was worth screwing us over. Don’t ever call yourself honest. I will pray that you will find some character as a human with morals. What you did should be illegal. Our offer was full price. It sold for 5k less than our offer. I’m sure you talked them into lowering your commission so they’d take their offer. Either way it was dirty and dishonest.

Dolly and Bill Parr kept us updated weekly about all the traffic on the internet and showed the house in a professional manner. They were both always available when we reached out to them and handled the sale better than we could have ever expected dealing with other realtors. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase real estate. They went out of their way (17 mi. one way) to check on the property to keep us up to date on the condition of the yard and snow as we were not living in the area during the time it was listed with them. We would like to thank them both from the bottom of our hearts for going way above and beyond the job description of a realtor to sell our home and property so we could start the next chapter of our lives completely stress free.
