Our first project with Colby was when I had a 2-year-old and a newborn and many thought I was crazy to take on the stress of a new construction project, but our experience was excellent. Pete and Terri were so involved in and helpful with every detail, from design, to selections, to being at the job site so frequently, which made the entire process run smoothly. The quality of workmanship and responsiveness from Lance and the finish carpentry team was also outstanding. I loved that I could describe an idea or vision to Lance (such as a last-minute addition impromptu wine bar built into a great room bookshelf) and that he could just create something unique and beautiful.
