I worked with Tia of CMG Realty. They worked with me in the Greater Milwaukee Area with my first time buying a home. She was extremely helpful with the process. I didn’t know much about anything and she walked with me the entire way. I received a lot insight on loan options, home inspections and improvements. The whole team was very responsive and professional. Even in my times of fret—they were understanding and patient. If you want a team that’s knowledgeable, professional and flexible—I recommend CMG realty. It was an extremely value experience.

I have two different rental businesses. One with a set of RE investor partners, and the other on my own. Both of my businesses use CMG Property Management to manage the portfolio. Things that stand out for me about CMG:

• Very Responsive - whenever I have issues, they are quick to reach out and keep me updated on things.
• The system they use makes keeping track of the portfolios simple, which is critical to growing a business in this area. Prior to CMG, I had to spend a lot of time auditing properties and keeping track of everything. After I enlisted CMG, it's an absolutely simple process!
• They take a personal interest in my business as what is good for me is good for them. This cannot be understated, you need a PARTNER in handling your portfolio, not just a company who is going to collect rent (and not even always do that).

Overall, I am tremendously happy I moved from my previous management company to CMG Property Management, it's night and day difference from other companies I've worked with in the past!

I was a first time home buyer, literally no research, no knowledge of what I was getting myself into. I was referred to Maurice and CMG Realty from a close friend and he exceeded my expectations. It helps to have someone to contact when you have questions about things you may not know and someone who knows the areas and took the time to give options based on the clients needs.
