Was looking for a new dentist and after a lot of searching I thought that Dr. Ward was a good choice. He was listed as accepting new patients under my insurance provider listing. I called, left a message and no return phone call. A week later I call again, this time I was leaving yet another message when suddenly a lady picked up the phone…just to tell me they weren’t taking new patients. I just think professional practices should conduct themselves as such and keep the facts straight. If you’re not accepting new patients then update it through the insurance listing and also state that on your answering machine. Just saying.

This office is full of good will and compassionate customer service. Dr. Ward is very personable and easy to talk with and scheduling and appointment timing is fantastic. It's truly a family affair. I'll be back !

If you are a working professional, with an extremely busy schedule, and a lot of responsibilities this is not the dentist for you! Last week I had a 9:30 dentist appointment, as I was heading to my appointment I had a call that I had six units at a senior community flood, due to the interior water sprinklers going off, from a small fire. I walked in seven minutes late, apologized to the dentist and his wife, explained I had a flood, there was nobody else in the office. I said I need two minutes to finish my call to give direction to the staff. Mike the dentist started grumbling underneath his breath that he does not like to wait for his patients, he said I was ruining his day and kept mumbling under his breath. (I was shocked with the way he reacted) It was recommended unprofessionally that I reschedule my appointment. Basically they refused to see me, I'm a good paying patient and would have much rather have them kindly explain that they are going to need to reschedule my appointment. I had never been treated so rudely by a medical professional ever in my 52 years of life. I cannot promise that I will not have another emergency or with traffic be a few minutes late, so I will not be returning. I explain to them I need somebody to be flexible with my demanding schedule. Personally, I think it's time for him to retire, if he is going to get so upset with a patients emergency, And show bad customer service to a patient, than he shouldn't come in.

Dr. Ward is a fantastic dentist who truly looks out for his patients. He is always on time and is always present and focused on the needs of his clients. I highly recommend Dr. Ward and his team.

Please go to a specialist if you need a root canal. Do not let him, I repeat: DO NOT LET HIM DO A ROOT CANAL ON YOU.
