We had Classic Builders demo our old smaller detached garage and build a bigger one in 2023 along with some concrete work to maximize the size we are allowed. Very happy with the quality of work and end result, a minor communication issue or two along the way but with a lot of moving parts it's understandable and things all worked out. I would suggest them to anyone looking to build a new garage.

I used Classic to build a garage and new driveway. There were some communication issues, however when I brought it to their attention, they were very responsive and helpful. There were some timing issues that I think could have been handled better, but for the most part everything worked well. There were some knit picky issues, some that were able to be solved, some that weren't. They answered all my numerous questions and were easy to work with. I'd definitely use them again in the future!

Classic Builders repaired our garage after a vehicle struck it. Given the scope of the damage, we initially had difficulty finding a contractor to repair the siding, door, and structure/framing. Further, we needed the repairs completed in a pretty limited time frame. Classic builders was able to repair everything and completed the project quickly. They also were able to match our old siding perfectly which other contractors told us wasn’t possible. We are impressed by the quality of the work provided as well as the customer service.

The absolute WORST communication. You get told a date, they don't show up. Try to call, no one answers. Send a text/email, no response. Customer needs to be prepared to have work trucks and vans on their property, which is pretty hard when you don't know when they are showing up. Or, you are prepared and they don't show. Roofers showed up on a Saturday unannounced, had my vehicles in the way. I asked several times to have a hole cut in my roof for a future heater. Was first told the framers would do it, then the roofers would do it. Guess who did it - none of them. Tried to ask the roofers to do it but none of them spoke English. Wrong size window was ordered which pushed our completion even further back. Had to send a text just to get the trash picked up, almost 3 weeks after the job was complete. Siding had to be repaired because of a poor installation job. Pretty much every date I was given was wrong. I had to reach out for everything, I was never kept in the loop.

2 stars because the finished product is actually pretty nice, but the pain of getting there is not worth it.

We hired Classic Builders to tear down and build a new garage on our residential property. The sales person was prompt and provided us with a detailed scope/estimate. After we paid our deposit, we were given a start time window. They started within days of the window, the materials were on site and placed in an organized manner. The staff members were professional, followed the plans precisely and were mindful of their vehicles when parking and or moving equipment in the street. The sub contractor electrician and roofer were great as well. We will hire Classic Builders again if we build a new home and meanwhile highly recommend them. 10/10

We went to Classic Builders to get a shed for all of our outdoor storage needs. We didn’t know a lot about utility sheds when we got there. We were given the knowledge to pick the shed that would fit our needs. They helped us pick the right customization and hardware so we would not spend more than we needed. Delivery was right on time. The driver was very friendly and tried not to damage the yard, even though the ground was pretty wet. He measured everything and made sure it was where we wanted it and it was level. He also checked all the hardware and made sure the doors opened and closed properly

We used Classic Builders to build our new slightly oversized 2 car garage, redo about 60 feet of our driveway, and lay down a concrete patio down for us. Overall the quality of work was excellent, the price was reasonable, and we'd highly recommend their services.

Classic was flexible with our project regarding our timelines and allowed us to split the project up as we needed to do. They accommodated last minute requests or changes to the plan we had, including even pouring a whole patio we hadn't initially asked for at the last minute.

The quality of work was excellent. Both the patio and driveway are graded appropriately, everything looks neat and tidy in the garage, with no random nails or screws sticking out all over the place. I never knew I could love a garage so much or think one was so beautiful!

Communication initially with Brian was incredibly timely in particular, and any question I had was answered immediately. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about things I didn't even know needed to be considered. He's an excellent first contact. As the busy construction season began, I'd sometimes have to wait a little bit to get an answer from others, but the answer always came, and I can understand why it might take longer to get an answer in May or June versus in November. All of the workers who came to do the the hands on work were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and really good and efficient at what they do! They job site was left clean, and they even made choices to protect my yard (knowing I had just leveled and reseeded it the year prior, but still had a few low spots).

Your project is safe in Classic Builder's hands. We are very happy with the work they did for us, and can highly recommend them for your garage or concrete projects.

Had a good experience with Classic Builders. Finding a company willing to work on an attached garage was a little bit harder than that of a company willing to work on an unattached. They tore down the original garage, but there was some damage to the wall of the house. Once they finished they put up a new wall, but I decided to repaint it, which they credited back to my final bill. They originally incorrectly measured the opening for the door by two feet, but they corrected it shortly thereafter. I kept in close contact with Ryan, who is an asset to the company and he made whole experience a positive one.
