Spare yourself a LOT of anguish and steer clear of this company/ George Duenas. A pre-fab patio job I was told would take 3-4 months dragged on for almost a year. I lost my business because I was planning on using the enclosed patio he was building to move into. But he kept delaying the process (you can see by the attached picture what the project looked like after 5 months) doing work for places he made more money on. Then the workmanship was lousy. The concrete had gaps so big around the entire structure you could break your ankle trying to get inside. And the ceiling leaks. As you can see envelopes could be passed through the ceiling to the outside. The floor leaks...I could go on but the point is he isn't worth it. He's good at lying, delaying and doing shoddy work. There are plenty of good contractors, don't take a chance on him.
