Great experience with this company. We needed some additional supports in our basement and needed the help quickly due to re-tiling in the above floor. Erick and team were great communicators, were able to find time in their schedule for the work to take place within the next few days, provided a competitive bid, and did a great job assessing the situation and coming up with a structurally sound solution. Erik came out and gave us a free estimate a few months ago. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the way he addressed our concerns about the garage “sinking.” He brought specialized equipment to take precise measurements as he inspected the first floor of our home. He clearly explained how much the house had settled and pointed out the specific areas affected. Throughout the process, he was kind, friendly, and transparent, explaining everything as he worked.

Today, we completed the project and stabilized our foundation — and I’m happy with the result!

I found the estimate process very helpful - Erick showed me the different materials and options they would use, revised the plan based on my preferences, and was better informed than other contractors who came out to give estimates. The team worked quickly and finished a big project in just a few days, even after dealing with an unexpected drain issue (under concrete!) along the way, and they left the house super clean, despite working during a muddy, rainy week. I hired City Construction Solution to fix my house foundation. The south side of my house had sunk by 2 inches. Sergey and Alan installed 9 piers and lifted it back up to 1 1/2 inches. The permit process took a long time because the city reviewed the documents slowly, but Eric did everything he could to speed it up. Overall, I am very happy with my experience!🤝💪
