We have nothing but great things to say about Chisel and Vine. From start to finish they were amazing to work with. The owner himself came to do our estimate and worked with us to find a project in our budgeted price range. Paying, scheduling, and getting the project done was easy and not stressful at all like many other large projects thanks to Hannah. Mario and his team came out and got the work done in ONE day, was very professional, kind, and personable. Our fence looks great, we couldn’t be happier with the entire process and final product.

Simply put, I wish all businesses were run the same way as Chisel + Vine. The whole project felt like a partnership. I greatly appreciate the conversations that we had discussing the plans, the path that the fence would follow, and even the color of the wire. They handled the Bayside permitting process perfectly. The crew did a beautiful job. Digging the deep holes was no easy task. I knew that the clay would be no fun….but we all also learned that it appears that somebody tore up a parking lot decades ago and left the chunks of asphalt scattered in the yard.

There are two specific things that I’ll always associate with Chisel + Vine: the first is the amazing care that was taken to slowly stair the panels to follow the slope of the yard, and the second is the company’s management. Kevin was more of a partner than a business owner. In addition, the best decision he ever made was to hire Hannah. Her communication throughout the project was exemplary. The one time I got cranky on the project she actually anticipated it and reached out to me before I called her. As I told my daughter right after that call, THIS is how you run a business. Thank you for making our dogs so happy and safe!

We LOVE our new pergola and gate. Everyone at Chisel + Vine were so wonderful to work with. They helped us create exactly what we envisioned. Our backyard has been completely transformed. They were great!
Fair pricing, quality work, and best of all they were responsive - communicative and they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. They were even about to install a wood outdoor fence in the winter (I thought I would have to wait until spring)!

Kevin was spectacular to work with as we put together a design for our fence. He communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and clearly cared about his craft. We were so pleased with the end result of the fence, that when it came time to find someone to build a custom mixed material pergola over a new outdoor cook station, we asked him to take on that project as well. Once again, he was exceptional to work with. The finished product was exactly what we were looking for. We would certainly use Chisel and Vine again for any fence and woodworking needs.

Super friendly and got the work done really quickly. Did a great job, no big gaps under the fence for my dogs to sneak through so that is awesome. They even did an extra little patch job to get rid of a gate I no longer needed on the attached existing fence. 🙂

We had a new section of fence added as well as some posts repaired, we couldn't be happier. Kevin and his crew were great to work with, through the whole process they listened to us and found ways to execute what we needed to close our back yard off, while best matching the previous sections of fencing. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work on time. They saved us a bunch of money, by replacing some of our old fence posts adding years to our current fence's life expectancy. The other fencing companies we talked to wouldn't replace posts, either because they are lazy or they want to upsell to a new fence. The installation crew are all pros, they custom build our panels to beautifully match our current fence. It was refreshing to work with contractors that were so professional, accommodating, and experts at their craft. The price was very competitive. We would absolutely use them again.
