I highly recommend Travis and his team for your mechanical household repairs and replacements. I found a leak at 8:30pm from my water heater and luckily was able to reach Travis. He came out the next morning to diagnose and the replacement was made the following morning. Not an expense I wanted to have this time of year but having no hot water - I couldn’t have had a better team to get me up and running. The boys who came into my home were very nice and informative. Thank you CVM!

Chippewa Valley Mechanical came out to check my water heater. They reset it and did not charge me for the service visit; you just don't hear of this type of service today. This is my third positive experience with this company. Always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; equally fair in their pricing. Definitely recommend this company!

They were great to work with from all perspectives of business. Great communication, great quality of work and fair pricing. Unlike other experiences I’ve had with untrustworthy HVAC companies, they never tried to up sell me or overcharge. Even when they could have easily done it. This truly is a good company, that makes a difference in our community. I’ve used them on four separate occasions now throughout the years;
-changed my fan on furnace in the middle of the night
-put in my new furnace
-ran a wire and set up my nest thermostat
-yearly maintenance

Twice now I've had to call Chippewa Valley Mechanical for possible gas leaks. Once with my dryer, and this week my stove!. Both times they've been extremely helpful. Always courteous when talking with them. Thank you very much and will definitely call again when need be!

I cannot say enough fantastic things about this company!! We had a CO2 leak somewhere and they were quick to come out and find the problem! They put it into terms that I could understand. (Huge Bonus Points from me!) They also offered to help me find financing if I needed it. The communication was great and I felt like what I needed mattered to them. Now, I am able to sleep at night knowing that my house to safe and I don't need to worry about another leak! 11/10 would recommend!

Excellent service!! Furnace died in sub zero temps, and these guys were able to come fix it ASAP! They are so friendly and helpful, they really treat you like family. I will be recommending them to anyone in the area for all their HVAC needs!
