I discovered Cherokee Wood Products last year while looking for Spanish cedar to make some custom humidors for Christmas. CWP had exactly what I needed at the best price around, so I ordered a bunch. They arrived super-fast in perfect shape. Well, they were such a hit, I needed to order more and this time I ordered several other species of wood to play with. I placed the order on the 4th and they arrived on the 6th. When going through the package I noticed that one piece of Canary wood was missing so I sent an e-mail to them and the replied that it would be sent right out. The replacement arrived 2 days later, again in perfect shape.

Cherokee Wood Products is an awesome company that goes the extra mile in customer support. Their wood products are exactly as described, cut to your size, wrapped in plastic and then custom packaged in cardboard to protect everything and shipped super-fast.

I highly recommend Cherokee Wood Products.

Pricing cannot be beat anywhere that I've found, and they have always been very flexible if assisting with last minute substitutions or adjustments. Went to Cherokee for wood turning. They have a variety of 2x2 thick blanks in different lengths. You can also call and have bowl blanks prepared. If you are into laminating wood to turn they have an entire wall of exotic wood sold by the foot. The hard part is nothing has prices but the front desk came and was patient as we asked about prices. Just getting started in wood turning and this was way cheaper then the blanks available at wood craft stores.

Fantastic experience - their wood looks amazing, shipping is done very carefully and wood arrived in great condition. The dimensional lumber is perfect for laser cutters, the pricing is very good and the customer service was fantastic when I called to ask logistic questions about my order.

Products and prices are good, staff isn't friendly when it is the slower time of the day and you aren't putting in a large order. If you can put it aside, it's a good place to get wood locally if you don't want to drive down to Corona or OC

Just like Johnny Delatore about 6 months ago, he wrote a review about feeling a little racist vibe, I went about 3 weeks ago and I swear I felt I was invisible, I asked for a some product immediately they didn’t have it. A customer took me to the side showed me where it was at. I thanked him and went and bought it elsewhere. I’m 62 I know when someone doesn’t want to help you for whatever reason.

Not a very helpful place . Slightly racist vibes. Had a bad experience with a person at the counter. Advised my clients to no longer purchase from this company as it was not my first choice and no longer any business choice from my company. Be aware of the person at the counter as another customer was there and said I’m glad you spoke up he is always like that. Very disturbing a company can keep around an employee of this nature. Says a lot here.
