I am a real estate agent and I worked with an out-of-town seller who needed to sell their house, which was used as a rental property. It was in a general state of disrepair and needed lots of smaller things done to it, in order to get it ready for sale. I hired Charles to fix things around the house. Over the course of the next 5 weeks, Charles completed a number of projects on time and under budget, which significantly improved the value of the house. For a cost to the seller of $8,000.00, I was able to sell the house at $30,000.00 more than originally expected. My seller was overjoyed! I would have never been able to do this without the expertise and advice of Charles. I highly recommend using Charles Koch Construction for your next home improvement project.

Met Charlie Koch in 2021 while serving on our Condo Association Board. After being declined for a repair by 3 contractors, I searched the internet and found Charles H. Koch Construction. A beam above a 2nd story deck had been damaged and removed, leaving a hole between the brick and aluminum side walls. Both the brick and aluminum needed to be replaced/repaired. Charlie took on the project and did an impeccable job. Cannot detect a blemish upon completion. Since that time our Association has contracted Charlie, as their General Contractor, for numerous repairs including tuckpointing, masonry, aluminum trim and drywall. We look forward to working with Charlie in the future!

Over the past 7 years Koch construction has been key in remodeling our residence and also preparing a 120 year old family property we inherited that needed to be completely refurbished. Their work has been superlative, imaginative and cost conscious.

Kitchen turned out nice. I originally gave Charlie a bad review because I was frustrated by some of the problems that occurred during the remodeling process. I had a lot of anger in my heart while writing that review however through prayer, God has taken that anger from me. I would not use his services again, however.
