We had a great experience with Charisma Construction refinishing our basement. From demo to the final walkthrough they were professional and very easy to work with. The crew accommodated our schedule and always showed up when expected. Although Charisma had several jobs located in different cities in progress at the time of our basement finish, we always felt like we were their only customer. We love our new basement and will call on Charisma anytime we need work done on our home.

Steve did a small job for me in Boulder in the fall of 2019. I must say that I was very pleased with him and his company. The quality of work was excellent, and his responsiveness was very timely. Steve is very easy to communicate with, and has a very pleasant personality. Even though the job was relatively small, Steve needed to coordinate with many other subcontractors. He did so with transparency, and assembled a very good team to complete the repairs and remodel for a residential project. I highly recommend Steve and Charisma Construction and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had a pretty small job to take care of, essentially some framing and drywall finishing in a walk-in closet. I probably called 6 different construction places in the Loveland area, and only one answered, it was Steve. I gave him an idea of what I was looking to do and he had some good insights right away. I think he came by the very next day to look at the project to get a clearer idea of the parameters, and sent out a quote. I mentioned it might be out of my budget, and he even worked with me to get the price to something we could both be happy with. He also worked with me on scheduling and was very accommodating. He and a small crew came in and got the job done in a day and it looks great. They cleaned up all their stuff and I had a brand new closet, exactly as I expected it. On top of it all, Steve is just a good guy and really great to talk to and work with. Definitely recommend the business and Steve personally. It's rare to deal with real humans these days who treat you like one. Will use the services again in the future!

Steve at Charisma was absolutely phenomenal. He literally saved us with his timeline and ability to put everything together quickly for a very odd set of jobs. His team was professional, well priced, and hard working. He kept communicating throughout the process, and made sure, numerous times, that everything we needed was completed and completed well.
