I own Broken Horn Welding and have been doing Chandler Homes custom metal work since December 2022. You will not find a company that takes more pride in the homes they build. Bryan and Amanda treat their customers and subcontractors with the upmost respect, kindness, and most of all honesty. 100% recommend these guys!

Bryan at Chandler Custom Homes was great to work with. We had him do an addition to our home. He took care of everything and gave us continued updates on our project. He was always quick to respond when we contacted him and answered all our questions. His upfront/no surprises approach to the business is refreshing and reassuring to us that we chose the right contractor for the job. I was especially impressed that he did not let phone calls/others interrupt our conversations. He always made us feel like we were the most important client he has. The work done was excellent quality. We made a few changes along the way and Brian made them happen with little disruption to the timeline. The finished product was a perfect match and exactly what we wanted. Thanks Bryan!!!

I had a 400 sq ft addition built by Chandler Custom Homes. Couldn’t be happier with the final product as well as the excellent service provided by Bryan. He was meticulous in the planning process and that level of concern provided us with a beautiful addition which was exactly what we wanted. Bryan Bixman (Chandler Custom Homes) built our home. He is relentless in his attention to detail and making sure his client is happy with the finished product. Our home is a one of a kind custom build and required a great deal of attention to detail. This presented a no problem accommodation for him. He acquired the proper subcontractors to see to our needs including a bridge entrance to our front door overlooking a water falls. I am convinced with his experience coupled with his positive attitude he can take on any home or commercial challenge.

Moved from southern Oregon to Hurricane Utah. Didn't know a sole other than my real estate agent. Bought a house and wanted to do some upgrades. Interviewed about six contractors that either didn't want to do the job the way we wanted or said they couldn't do it the way we wanted. Plus their estimates were extremely high.

We were then introduced to Bryan Bixman owner of Chandler Custom Homes. The first thing he said after looking the situation over was "Sure we can do it that way." He outlined the process and gave us a very favorable bid. Now in my 7+ decades of life I have dealt with a lot of building contractors, mostly an unpleasant process to be sure.

But Bryan is totally different, his word is his bond, and when a few things needed adjustment he got it done ASAP. The other big plus is that inclusive with his business acumen he is a very thoughtful and good person. Going out of his way to do small things for us that we couldn't do for ourselves due to age or physical condition.

The two miracles that came out of all of this was, one, we now have a good friend in a new area, and two, the work was done to our satisfaction, at the stated price, great quality work. You won't go wrong with Bryan and it will be to your benefit to meet him in my opinion.

If I were to have another house built I would make one call to Bryan. Thanks again.

I would say BUYER BEWARE. Erin was in charge of our new build. It is costing us thousands of dollars to fix issues.
