We found Chad Leslie and Sons Handyman Services in the Vacaville “Your Town” monthly publication in November 2021. Our first job with Chad was the removal and assembly/install of three ceiling fans. We liked his work so much that we called him back several times now for chandelier replacement (2) jobs, and lastly for LED Recessed lighting installation in our kitchen and hallway. Chad is professional, detailed in his work, completes his work to code standards (for electrical for that was his jobs for us were) and prompt in returning my calls/ texts.

Chad was all business when he came here and he was on time for the appointment. He gave us a detailed estimate of his proposed work. He estimated the length of time to complete the jobs, and he finished them before he said he would. He cleaned up after his work and put back the rooms as he found them. The jobs were done perfectly, and he gave us advice on other possible work. His hourly rate was reasonable for the quality of work he did, and the total came to a little under his estimate. Chad is a pleasure to work with. He installed a new dishwasher and did additional work to ensure that the overall results were were aesthetically pleasing. We are a property management company and needed a handyman for one of the properties. We gave him a list of repairs that needed attention, and he told us exactly what he could and couldn’t do. It was great because we weren’t left expecting anything more or less. To my surprise, the shower head didn’t require a replacement. He explained to the tenant how to use it and even showed her how to raise and lower the heat for the water heater. We’ll be using Chad again!

Chad hung my 8 foot mirror with thoughtfulness at the task at hand and with such precision, I was totally impressed!! it was PERFECT!!!
He also hung 2 HUGE art work that weighed 40 pounds each… again he did it to perfection!!!
Chad is my go to guy for anything I need fixed to hanging up and taking down my Christmas lights.
I have more than pleased with his work…. He is AMAZING… I recommend him 100 percent!!!!
