All reviews about waiting time are real, everyone I spoke was there for 5-6h, I spent 7h, loaded me around 10-11pm. Forklift guys actually were nice, working hard, but I don’t know why is a delay in loading, probably organization. At least this was my best option from this area to get a load to go home.

Got sent here to pick up a flatbed load. If you are a flatbed driver beware! They will tell you to load your truck and then drive all the way back around the plant and back on to Hwy 37 down half a block crossing active railroad crossing with public traffic before your allowed to get out and secure the load. This is absolute unsafe and illegal! Stay safe Drivers.

Trucker. Arrived at 4pm.signed clipboard. No staff around.tried to call, never answered.nightfall comes and still no contact. I'm out of hours,I take a 10. Was skipped by 15+ trucks including trucks from my own company and didn't leave loaded until 1pm the following day. I'm told by my company and fellow driver friends that I was not persistent and engaging enough. I guess next time I'll sleep in the shipping office and also go charging toward every loader I see at any and all plants I visit. MYBAD

Edit: they loaded me overweight. The closest cat scale is over 90 miles away. I lost another day just getting this rearranged.

Serious experience. Arrived at 2:00 p.m. checked in immediately, was directed to drive around the back and wait in line to be loaded with pallets. Two trucks in front of me. Was pulled in at 2:50 p.m. and was loaded by 2:55 p.m.

Headed out now to tarp down. Honestly, it could not have gone better

Pretty fast loading they start check in at 6:30 am overnight parking available office staff and forklift guys are nice

Loading here on The average wait time is 5 to 7 hours says fcfs but they have appointments that don't mean squat put it this way if I didn't have to give them at least 1 star they wouldn't even get that if you are loading on the rolled material side just figure at least a 5 to 7 hour wait
