Matt, in sales was extremely professional, took the time to understand the details of the project Helped us achieve the color coordination we wanted to go with for the living room, bathrooms and hallways took the time to explain the differences and paint finishes to help us achieve the look on the wall we were going for to hide a lot of previous owners mistakes. The crew that was assigned to our project Alex and his team were extremely professional. We courteous of our living space and cleaning up at the end of the day and making sure that if we had any questions they were answered as well as any concerns or touchups needed that they would be more than willing to fix Even after the project was complete completed

My entire experience with CertaPro Painters was exceptional! Worked with Matt Gardner who came out and quoted me. Very professional and helpful. Zero pressure to do the job. Matt followed up with me just one time, again zero pressure, fully professional. Signed the contract on the job and Matt continued to be awesome, was very helpful in determining paint colors for the house. Answered every text within a short time. This was one of the best sales experiences I have had with Matt.
As the date of the job approached I worked with their scheduling team, this was also fantastic getting the house scheduled when I wanted it done. The team kept me fully updated as to dates and times.

Sheldon and Kari arrived on the day that was communicated and got right to work. Once the job was started they were here every day (unless it rained) until the job was complete. Both Sheldon and Kari were friendly and professional. It was clear, just watching them work, they knew what they were doing and I could tell right away this was going to be a job well done. They kept me informed on all of the work and progress and finished the job within the committed time window.

I’d highly recommend Matt, Sheldon and Kari. My house looks fantastic and they did an awesome job all the way through! We couldn’t be more happy as the pictures show!

I was satisfied with the painting Certapro did, they coordinated well with the Post Master as far as time frames, and scheduling. However the did for get to paint a few of the window frames that were included with the estimate and came back in a prompt time frame. Matt was very efficient with call backs and sending pictures of the on going job.
Overall they did a good job and I would hire them again.

Matt with Certi pro is awesome! He came out within 24 hours of me calling to give me an estimate. The estimate was very detailed and professional. They use all high end materials and it comes with a guarantee. They fix what others fixed wrong and can make it look brand new. They do high quality work in a timely manner at a very reasonable price.
I would highly recommend them and won’t use anyone else for my jobs from here on out.
