Had my new installation six years ago. Unit has failed 5 times. A high priced unit. Service was so overpriced and terrible after the first two calls, I have had to use other companies. Left during the middle of the second repair to go take care of another more important individuals problem. Regret using them.

The on call technician was quick to call me after they had closed, however after saying he would be here in 15 minutes they never showed up, never called back, and would not answer the phone when I tried to call several hours later. I would not recommend Central if you are needing emergent repairs.
