Carlo and his team are very organized, clean and efficient. They detail out their timeline every week, day by day, and it helps set expectations. They were very detailed with their timeline/schedule, extremely communicative and very proactive anticipating next steps. One of the foremen even brought our family traditional Guatemalan prepared turkey the day after Thanksgiving (on their day off!) anytime I have a project - big or small - I feel most comfortable hiring them for the job!

I have used Centerline Builders for several projects over the past 7 yrs. The most recent project was just completed and they did a fantastic remodel of my entire downstairs. Carlo Lombardi of Center Builders is best General contractor I have ever used. A general contractor is only as strong as there weakest sub contractor. Fortunately, Carlo has spent the last decade finding the best sub contractors and everyone from the plumbers, carpenters, electricians, to the tile guys all did a great job. During the construction phase, the work site was kept very clean and organized. The project was on time, on budget and turned out beautiful. I wouldn't ever consider using anyone else.
