Amazing Patio Addition. We are so thrilled that we found Gilbert at Centennial Builders. Extremely happy with all phases of the patio addition from quote to completion and that Gilbert was willing to work with us on phasing what we could afford. His time estimations were accurate, he kept us informed throughout the process, he personally oversees his crews, and the patio was completed on time. These guys are amazing! Gilbert is excellent to work with! He listens to your needs and desires and then provided a quote that was on target and very reasonable. The quality of work was excellent and IF there was something that wasn’t quite right or what we wanted he adapted and resolved it or made it happen. I’ve used him for multiple jobs and I trust him each time to do a great job! I’ve referred him to others and they’ve had the same great experience. If you need anything done he can do it or he has a crew of experts on his team that will deliver! They are the best! He’s not just our contractor now, he’s become a friend!

From start to finish Centennial Builders has been amazing to work with. Gilbert and his team are very professional, punctual and caring. We had our countertops and baseboards redone. Gilbert guided me every step of the way from picking out my countertops and baseboards to sending me photos during insulation and after when the jobs were completed. We can not speak highly enough of Centennial Builders! Gilbert communicated timely and consistently throughout our renovations. If there were issues with any of the work he was willing to acknowledge and fix it quickly. He was conscious of cost and worked with us to stay within budget. Gilbert Pacheco and Centennial Builders has provided a wide range of house remodeling and construction services at our home over the past five years including the complete transformation of an old storage building into a fully functional Casita guest house. All work was top notch with reasonable costs. Centennial works with an impressive range of construction specialty trades and sub-contractors who are all true craftsmen. All work was completed on time, on budget and to a high degree of satisfaction. Gilbert and his crew are fantastic! I brought them in to do a little remodeling, bring a fresh look to my home and they ended up making it the house of my dreams. They installed a big beautiful glass door, doggie doors, remodeled the kitchen, installed cabinets through the home, new floors, painted, lots of electrical work and helped with all the little projects along the way. Every time i turned around someone was sweeping up dust, wiping up dirt or grim, they always kept things clean and tidy. All of the works were very helpful and polite, even when i left a door open and my dog got out they helped me search? i truly can’t say enough good things about them, they have remodeled my parents and my sisters house and we are all extreamly happy with the work!

My husband said when we first meant Gilbert that he reminded him of "Rico to the Rescue". Gilbert is very kind, thoughtful, and wants to do the job right the first time. We have called him with questions and he is always happy to answer in anyway he can. When one of his crew didn't paint our bedroom correctly, his sister and him came in and fixed the problem with no questions asked and he always asked is there anything else you need or isn't right about the job and he fixed those items also. We will recommend him to anyone and do it with pride.
